• Experience leading staff and volunteers in a faith-based organization.
• Proven ability to develop and manage ministry plans.
• Strong fundraising experience and budget planning.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and develop diverse staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ministry Advancement across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, and International areas.
• Supervise recruitment, hiring, and development of staff.
• Fundraise and manage donor relationships and budgets.
• Collaborate with Regional VP, staff, and boards to implement the ministry plan.
• Ensure FCA policies and biblical standards are upheld.
