Responsibilities

• Lead and provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes through prayer, Bible study, worship and living by example.
• Oversee recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff and volunteers to grow the ministry among sports environments.
• Develop and execute ministry plans in collaboration with leadership to fund and resource the FCA mission.
• Serve as chief fundraiser and financial manager, building and maintaining budgets and donor relationships.
