Job summary

Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is seeking a Director of Advancement to grow the ministry by praying, staffing, and funding. You will lead fundraising initiatives across Ministry, Board, Donor, Talent, and International Advancement, aligned with the Regional VP and boards to fulfill FCA's mission and values.

You will oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff and volunteers, and drive multi-channel fundraising to achieve revenue growth while building strong donor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional fundraising experience at a nonprofit of similar size and scope.
• Demonstrated success securing six- and seven-figure gifts from individuals and institutions.
• Proven ability to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors and partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement a multi-channel fundraising strategy to achieve annual revenue growth.
• Ensure timely donor recognition and reporting.
• Build and manage a portfolio of ~150 qualified donors/prospects with $25K–$1M+ giving potential.
• Lead the State or Major Market Donor Development Team.
• Submit timely activity reports and revenue forecasts.
