Responsibilities

Agree with FCA's Christian Community Statement.
Pray daily and study the Bible to discern God's will for the ministry.
Provide spiritual leadership for staff, volunteers, coaches and athletes.
Engage with a local church through worship and weekly involvement.
Model biblical conduct in all aspects of ministry.
Engage coaches, athletes and volunteers through 1-on-1s, Huddles and events.
Oversee recruiting, hiring, and development of staff.
Ensure alignment with ministry plan across the Sports Environments.
Lead boards and donor engagement to advance the ministry.
Mobilize international region through prayer, giving, and going.
