Job summary

Oklahoma Baptist University is seeking a Director of Advancement and Campaign Communications to lead strategic storytelling and communications for fundraising campaigns. • Requires ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience in strategic messaging and donor communications.
• Experience managing and directing complex messaging initiatives and projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Advancement and Campaign Communications Pillar within the Marketing and Communications Strategic Plan; provide strategic direction and accountability.
• Develop and steward campaign narrative framework in collaboration with leadership.
• Align donor messaging with institutional priorities ensuring brand consistency; support major gift initiatives with strategic communications.
• Oversee development of impact stories and donor features; lead advancement engagement pieces for campaigns and relations.
• Collaborate with Alumni office on alumni communication plan and implementation.
