Job summary

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of automotive closures experience, a 4‑year engineering degree, and deep knowledge of electric vehicles. Occasional travel is possible; equity and a casual, energetic workplace are offered.

Qualifications

• 4‑year engineering degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years hands‑on automotive closures experience.
• Strong knowledge of electric vehicles and automotive trends.
• Ability to work in a small, agile, cross‑functional team.

Responsibilities

• Drive product evolution based on customer feedback and use cases.
