Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a public or private utility locator.
• Experience locating multiple utility types in various environments.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Adept with technology, including Windows-based computers and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites and use company-provided equipment to accurately identify, locate, and mark all underground utilities and structures.
• Troubleshoot using industry knowledge, observation, problem‑solving, and attention to detail to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Help grow Blood Hound’s reputation by delivering reliable, professional results.
• Communicate professionally with job site contacts to ensure a smooth, safe locating process.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with customers and co-workers in the field.
