Job summary

Blood Hound, a specialized division of USIC, seeks Advanced Locate Technicians to identify and mark underground utilities with precision. You will travel to job sites, use advanced locating equipment, and work to ensure safety and accuracy in every locate.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a public or private utility locator.
• Experience with an engineering or SUE firm is a plus.
• Ability to travel to job sites daily, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Travel to job sites and use company-provided equipment to identify, locate, and mark underground utilities and structures.
• Troubleshoot using industry knowledge and attention to safety and accuracy.
• Help grow Blood Hound’s reputation by delivering reliable, professional results.
• Communicate professionally with job site contacts to ensure a safe locating process.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and co-workers in the field.
