Job summary

You will lead cross-functional teams, monitor competitors, define product marketing strategies, and drive business performance in collaboration with PLM/SCM/CRM, contributing to ongoing lifecycle improvements and market success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
• 8–10 years of healthcare marketing, product management, or business development experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of the AT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Advanced Therapies products, solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for results, including customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.
• Constantly observes relevant competitors' products, solutions and/or services.
• Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).
• Establishes and manages or synchronizes a cross functional team to realize development of the AT products and services.
• Drives the AT business performance across the product lifecycle with partners across PLM/SCM/CRM.
• Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management.
