You will define customer and market requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8–10 years' experience in healthcare marketing or product management, with strong strategic and analytical skills to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
• 8–10 years' experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Working knowledge of the AT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Advanced Therapies product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements.
• Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).
• Establishes and manages a cross-functional team to realize the development of the AT product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned.
• Drives the AT business performance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners across the process chain (PLM/SCM/CRM).
• Monitors competitors' products/solutions/services and informs strategic decisions.
