Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an AT Product Manager to define and govern Advanced Therapies products across the full lifecycle. You will lead the product, solution, and service portfolio and drive business performance within the portfolio.

You will establish cross-functional teams, monitor competitors, and shape product marketing strategies, pricing, and go-to-market plans, collaborating with partners across the value chain to deliver patient-facing breakthroughs.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field is required.
• Professional Experience: 8–10-years' experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or business development is highly desirable. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of the AT landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Advanced Therapies product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned with full responsibility for the results, including definition of their customer and market requirements, growth & profit strategies, business planning, road mapping.
• Constantly observes relevant competitors' product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s).
• Defines product marketing strategies (product/solution/service, price, placement, promotion).
• Establishes and manages or synchronizes a cross functional team to realize the development of the XP product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned.
• Drives the AT business performance of the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned over the whole product lifecycle in cooperation with all partners over the whole process chain (PLM / SCM / CRM).
• Contributes to activities to continuously improve the product lifecycle management.

The base pay range for this position is: $161,170 - $221,606

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
