Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Cary, NC is seeking a Share360 Portfolio Brand Manager to lead the management of a major portion of the service portfolio. This hybrid role involves refining the Share360 offering, tracking market dynamics, and coordinating with sales and service teams to position the portfolio effectively across large health systems.

You will drive brand strategy, develop an innovation roadmap, and create value-based reporting structures for customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years operational, sales and/or business experience in healthcare.
• Deep understanding of HTM operations at large health systems.
• Experience in imaging and biomed service industry, ideally in the management of an in-house service organization.
• Strong understanding of Siemens Healthineers service offerings, service operations processes and service sales processes.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide data to support executive level business cases and financial assessments.
• Strong computer skills including PowerPoint and Excel are required.
• Must be comfortable delivering presentations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Project Management experience a plus.
• Effectively communicate within a matrixed environment.
• Demonstrates collaboration toward problem resolution.
• Working relationships with sales leadership, finance, and product management.
• Fosters relationships and develops trust with internal and external customers.
• Develops team members through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects.
• High level of collaboration, business acumen and strong execution skills are required

Responsibilities

• Brand Development: Enhancing and refining the Share360 service offering to ensure a strong, identifiable, healthy brand perception within the marketplace.
• Brand Health: Tracking product adoption and overall success of the Share360 offering while understanding market dynamics and competitive environment.
• Innovation Roadmap: Identifying customer needs and developing new solutions within the Share360 portfolio.
• Customer Reporting: Creating a reporting structure for internal and external contract performance metrics, emphasizing value-based outcomes for customers.
• Communication: Sharing lessons learned and best practices across programs, building relationships and communities with stakeholders, and contributing to team communication.
• Commercialization: Supporting GTM efforts to educate and train Sales teams to successfully position and Share360 in the marketplace.
