Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, inventory management, mentoring junior technicians, coordinating with engineering and project managers, and maintaining cable plant documentation

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of practical electronic-related experience.
• Associate's degree preferred in related field.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Provides advanced technical services ensuring stable 24x7 telephony, data and LAN support.
• Leads work of others, including contractors; installs and documents network equipment.
• Manages daily trouble tickets, troubleshoots service interruptions, and documents repair actions.
