Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of practical experience in building and/or maintenance of electronic instruments, apparatus or equipment.
• Safe use of hand tools and test equipment.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and move through varied workspaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to ensure stable telephony and data/network services in a 24x7 environment.
• Handle moves, adds, changes, and trouble tickets for telephony and data services.
• Maintain cable plant records and apply CAD drawings to locations.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers; document and monitor service tickets.
• Adhere to departmental standards for identification of connections and site documentation.
