Job summary

Advanced Powder Products, Inc. seeks an Advanced Technology Engineer to support and accelerate development in metal injection molding (MIM) and 3D metal printing technologies. You will contribute to tooling, process improvements, and manufacturability studies in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong mechanical aptitude, and hands-on experience with SolidWorks or Mastercam. Occasional travel to vendors and customers is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
  • Hands-on technical ability with mechanical aptitude and quality focus demanded.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills essential.
  • Experience with SolidWorks/Mastercam and manufacturing processes a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on design and tooling for MIM and 3D printing processes.
  • Design tooling and fixtures using solid modeling software.
  • Operate and set up mills, grinders, molding machines, and furnaces.
  • Travel to vendors and customers as needed; ensure safety compliance.
