Job Description:

The Advanced Service Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing up to 15 RaceTrac and Raceway convenience stores within a designated region. This role involves assessing, developing protocols, and resolving maintenance issues to ensure each store remains operational at all times.

Responsibilities

1. Resolve maintenance and service issues at RaceTrac and Raceway convenience stores to ensure 24/7 operability, supporting the company's profitability.
2. Perform tasks with high skill level and provide excellent customer service.
3. Serve as a knowledge expert in general maintenance, including HVACR, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, foodservice/beverage equipment, and petroleum dispensing systems.
4. Maintain tools and inventory on a service vehicle accurately.
5. Support cross-functional projects related to stores.
6. Respond to ad hoc maintenance requests from store personnel.
7. Stay informed of local and state guidelines relevant to facility services.
8. Collaborate with other ASTs to cross-train in multiple trades.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of food and beverage equipment repair (preferred).
• Knowledge of fuel dispenser and pump repair (preferred).
• Technical training in HVACR or electrical (preferred).
• 4+ years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Type 1 & Type 2 EPA Certification for refrigerants.
• Experience in retail maintenance is a plus.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge is a plus.
• Maintenance or repair certifications are a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
