Job summary

Bounteous is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Advanced Administrator to support the Caesars account. You will own hands-on configuration and administration of the Salesforce org—objects, automation, approvals—across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with focus on SFSC setup and optimization.

You will work closely with Salesforce engineers, architects, product management, and program delivery leads, and contribute to Salesforce–Outlook integration and Agentforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration, with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud experience.
• Strong knowledge of objects, fields, relationships, and page layouts.
• Experience building Flow automation and approval processes.
• Experience configuring Opportunities, Leads, quotes, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security model and sharing.
• Ability to work within Scrum/Kanban and estimate stories.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce objects, page layouts, and data model changes.
• Build and maintain Flow automations and approval processes.
• Configure Lead/Opportunity/Quote setup and forecasting.
• Manage CPQ/Revenue Cloud advanced configurations when in scope.
• Support Outlook integration and agentic AI use cases as needed.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, product management, and delivery leads.
