Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 4 years of test engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience developing ATE software and RF test equipment.
• Strong RF characterization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test software for ATE systems using LabVIEW, Python, C, C++, and Visual Basic to improve efficiency and data integrity.
• Analyze customer specifications to define test requirements, configurations, and acceptance criteria for RF and microelectronics testing.
• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, including ATE configurations, fixtures, and software/hardware interfaces.
• Perform RF characterization of MMIC/semiconductor devices, including S-parameters, output power, noise figure, and two-tone measurements.
• Set up, calibrate, and execute RF test systems and on-wafer probe testing using appropriate standards.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex RF circuits independently using strong microwave theory knowledge.
• Conduct statistical analysis and generate detailed technical reports on test results and performance.
• Manage laboratory operations, including test databases, equipment calibration, asset tracking, and vendor procurement support.
