Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace in Richardson, TX is seeking an Advanced Test Engineer to lead the development and execution of complex test plans for MMICs. You will design automated test solutions, calibrate RF systems, and perform failure analysis to ensure safety and performance of aerospace products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years RF experience with ATE for RF/Microwave
• 3+ years of test software development (LabVIEW, Python, C, C++)
• 2+ years in a high-tech electronics manufacturing environment
• 2+ years using Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated test software for ATE systems using LabVIEW, Python, C, C++, Visual Basic.
• Analyze customer specifications to define test requirements and acceptance criteria for MMIC testing.
• Develop and implement test plans, ATE configurations, fixtures, and interfaces.
• Perform RF characterization of MMIC/testing devices (S-parameters, output power, noise figure).
• Set up, calibrate and execute RF test systems and on-wafer probe testing.
• Troubleshoot RF circuits with microwave theory.
• Generate detailed technical reports and manage test data systems.
• Oversee lab operations, calibration, asset tracking and procurement support.
