Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is hiring for a role focused on testing and inspection of aerospace components and systems. You will document results, communicate findings to engineering teams, and maintain calibrated test equipment for continuous operation.

The position requires at least 3 years of RF troubleshooting/testing experience, familiarity with microwave test gear, and ability to follow instructions. US Person export controls apply; benefits include comprehensive coverage and 9/80 options.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years work experience troubleshooting, testing and tuning RF equipment.
• Familiarity with microwave test equipment including network/spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, power meters and DVMs.
• Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers and torque drivers and experience working under a microscope.
• Good written and verbal skills and ability to carefully follow written instructions.
• Computer skills are required for this position including file manipulation, file organization, accessing and launching various programs, and basic Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.
• This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a “US Person” under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license).

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed testing and inspection of aerospace components and systems according to established procedures and standards, with a focus on complex and critical systems.
• Document test results accurately and communicate findings to engineering and quality teams for resolution, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Maintain test equipment and ensure calibration and readiness for continuous operation, including troubleshooting and repair as needed.
