Job summary

Asante is currently hiring a Respiratory Care Practitioner 2 for the 3rd shift (nights) in Grants Pass, OR. The role supports adult ICU, ER, and pediatric floor care as needed, including blood gas lab management and leadership within the respiratory care team.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC-credentialed RRT on start, and Oregon HLO licensure with BLS; PALS/ACLS/NRP may be required within 6 months depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy or respiratory related sciences preferred.
• Experience demonstrating advanced competencies after orientation(s).
• RRT (NBRC) must be obtained upon start.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory care duties in adult ICUs, ER, and pediatric floors as applicable.
• Manage blood gas labs as assigned for specific job roles.
• Collaborate with the team to assess, plan, and implement patient care.
