Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado seeks a Winter Seasonal Rental Delivery Specialist to deliver ski and snowboard equipment directly to guests’ homes and hotels, working in small teams to provide exceptional service.

You will spend part of your shift in staff spaces setting up equipment, managing deliveries across the resort, and training under a development-focused culture. Starting wage is $22.00/hr to $29.22/hr; 18+ and a valid license preferred.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer service or sales is preferred (training provided).
• Excellent time management and ability to meet a tight delivery schedule.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18+ and ideally possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive order details from the Delivery Coordinator and set up equipment to guest specifications.
• Collaborate with other Delivery Specialists to organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Drive company vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe driving standards.
• Interact professionally with guests inside residences, hotels, and lodges.
• Fit guests to equipment and explain proper use and safety.
• Answer guest questions regarding reservations, equipment, or the resort.
• Communicate with managers and teammates to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty.
• Act as manager on duty when scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary:

The Rental Delivery Specialist kicks off winter holidays for our guests by conveniently delivering equipment right to their door. The specialist works in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always exceeds our guests' expectations. The Delivery Specialist is trusted to work autonomously and efficiently while fulfilling reservations and maintaining and developing partner relationships.

Delivery Specialists will spend part of their shift in employee-only store spaces, completing the setup of ski/snowboard rental equipment and maintaining shop organization. Most of a Specialist shift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.

This multifaceted position requires employees who can work in a fast-paced environment, adhere to a tight delivery schedule, and work with minimal supervision. You will gain valuable skills by supportingmultiple departments and grow as a leader within our development-focused culture. Job Requirements:

• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision
• Must be 18 years of age or older, & preferably* possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (we're also adaptable to make the job work for you)

The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
