Job summary

Stowe Mountain Resort is seeking a Rental Delivery Specialist to kick off winter holidays by delivering equipment to guest doors. You will work in small teams to provide exceptional service and will also handle equipment setup and fittings for guests at hotels and residences within the resort.

The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight delivery schedules, and operate with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred (we will train you!).

Responsibilities

• Receive order details from the Delivery Coordinator and set up ski/snowboard equipment to guest specs (training provided).
• Organize, pack, and prepare orders for delivery with other specialists.
• Drive company vehicles in winter conditions and maintain safe driving standards.
• Interact professionally inside guest residences, hotels, and lodges.
• Fit guests to equipment and explain proper, safe use (training provided).
• Answer guest questions regarding reservations or the resort (training provided).
• Communicate with managers and team members to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager on duty and act as manager on duty when scheduled.

Job Summary

The Rental Delivery Specialist kick starts winter holidays for our guest by conveniently delivering equipment right to their door. The Rental delivery specialist works in small teams to consistently deliver unparalleled service that always exceeds our guest expectations. The Delivery Specialist is trusted to work autonomously & efficiently while fulfilling reservations, as well as maintaining & developing partner relationships.

Delivery Specialists will spend part of their shift in employee-only store spaces, completing the setup of ski/snowboard rental equipment and maintaining shop organization. The majority of a Specialists shift is spent completing equipment deliveries & fittings to various hotels and residences within the resort.

This multi-faceted position requires employees who can work in a fast paced environment, keep to a tight delivery schedule, and work with minimal supervision. You will gain valuable skills by supportingmultiple departments and grow as a leader within our development-focused culture. Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $29.22/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $29.22/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
