Southeast Health is seeking a Rehab Services Tech I on a per diem, half-time basis to support the rehabilitation team. The role involves delivering patient care within the scope of rehabilitation therapy, assisting with training new Rehab Services Techs, and assuming associated department duties.

The position requires a high school diploma and relevant experience or a pre-PT degree. Certifications in basic computer skills and knowledge of therapeutic modalities are desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the Rehab Services Department or completion of four-year degree in a pre-Physical Therapy field required.
• Prefer 2 years experience in an acute care hospital or rehab setting as a technician.

Responsabilités

• Provide supportive and selected patient care services as part of the rehabilitation team.
• Perform tasks within the scope for training and laws governing rehabilitation therapy services.
• Assist with training new Rehab Services Techs and assume responsibilities of Rehab Services Tech I and additional department duties.
