Job summary

FIS is seeking a Client Relationship Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will act as the primary liaison for client communications, manage inquiries via phone/email/fax, and drive account plans and project implementations.

Responsibilities include resolving client issues, guiding loyalty initiatives, and coordinating billing reviews. Strong communication, problem solving, and knowledge of FIS systems are essential for success in this role.

• Oversee commitment requests and project kick-offs to ensure proper resource allocation and adherence to target dates.
