Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Processing Team Member for the 3rd shift at our Buckner, KY facility. You will weigh, measure, and stage ingredients per batch sheets, operate processing equipment, and ensure each batch meets quality and food safety standards.

Candidates should be proficient with SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever, and hold forklift certification or be willing to obtain it. A strong teamwork ethic and commitment to GMP/SQF are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred (required for Advanced Level); willingness to obtain certification if not already held.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients according to batch sheets.
• Operate, monitor, and maintain processing machinery and equipment.
• Perform equipment changeovers and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety, quality, and sanitation policies (SQF, GMP).
• Record data in SAP and other systems.
• Provide backup coverage for multiple roles and support training.
