Job summary

Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Advanced Processing Team Member for the 3rd shift in Buckner, KY. You will prepare ingredients, run and maintain processing equipment, monitor product flow, and uphold rigorous quality and food safety standards.

You will work with a team dedicated to safety, continuous improvement, and dependable operation, including using SAP, IQS, MII, and Weever to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift certification is preferred and may be required for Advanced Level.
• Willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage ingredients per batch sheets and formulas.
• Operate and maintain processing machinery; monitor product flow.
• Conduct inspections and support equipment changeovers and repairs.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Document and report issues; follow SAP-based inventory and traceability procedures.
