Job summary

WellSpan Health in York, PA / Manchester, PA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Urgent Care on a part-time day shift, onsite 100%. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, evaluating and treating acute illnesses and injuries while maintaining efficient patient flow across multiple York County Urgent Care locations.

The role requires FNP or PA-C with Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience and a commitment to two 12-hour shifts per month,

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform minor procedures.
• Provide comprehensive walk-in care and ensure efficient patient flow and outcomes.

What You’ll Champion:

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) required with prior Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
• Minimum commitment of two 12-hour shifts per month, including at least one weekend shift
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for patients of all ages in a fast-paced Urgent Care setting
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries, including performing minor procedures
• Flexible to float between multiple York County Urgent Care locations (Queen St., Shrewsbury, West York, Manchester)
• Provide comprehensive walk-in care services, ensuring efficient patient flow and strong clinical outcomes
