Job summary

WellSpan Health in York, PA, is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with pediatric experience for a part-time role. The schedule is Wednesday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., totaling 24 hours per week.

The role includes outpatient pediatric primary care, patient assessments, follow-up visits, and in-office procedures. The position also involves NICU and pediatric inpatient rounding, coordination of consults, and postoperative care planning.

Qualifications

• PNP or FNP with pediatric experience required.
• Part-time schedule: Wednesday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (24 hours/week).

Responsibilities

• Round on NICU and pediatric inpatient units, supporting surgical and medical patient care.
• Evaluate NICU patients for surgical planning and coordinate consults and postoperative care.
• Review imaging results, manage care transitions, and provide family education and support.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, pediatric residents, and multidisciplinary care teams.
