WellSpan Health in York, PA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to deliver outpatient cardiac care. You will manage post-operative visits, long-term surveillance, and care coordination for cardiac surgery patients.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with five 8-hour shifts, opportunities for independent practice on site, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, retirement, and health savings options. Experience in cardiac surgery is preferred.

What You’ll Champion:

• Provide outpatient care for cardiac surgery patients, including post-operative follow-up visits and long-term aortic surveillance management.
• Evaluate and manage surgical wounds, patient concerns, and ongoing cardiovascular care needs.
• Manage patient portal messages, results review, and care coordination through the inbox.
• Serve as an independent mid-level provider in clinic, occasionally as the sole APP on site.
• Ideal candidates will have cardiac surgery experience.
• Preferred schedule: Monday-Friday, with five 8-hour shifts.
