Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Transitional Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the North Shiloh Clinic in Billings, MT. This full-time on-site role collaborates with other providers to deliver high-quality transitional care across Billings facilities and SNFs.

The position offers a weekday schedule, competitive compensation, and a relocation bonus up to $7,500 where applicable. New graduates are welcome to apply, with a strong emphasis on credentialing and DEA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Responsibilities

• Provide transitional care collaboratively with other providers at North Shiloh Clinic and affiliated facilities.
• Deliver care and ensure patient experience at the Billings, MT sites.

As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in our Transitional Care practice, you’ll work collaboratively with additional providers to provide top-notch care and patient experience at our North Shiloh Clinic and other skilled nursing facilities within the Billings, MT community.
