Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider for the Desert Color Parkway Clinic in St. George, Utah. This full-time role offers competitive compensation and a relocation bonus up to $7,500 if applicable.

Minimum qualifications include PA/APRN state licensure, PA/NP credentialing, CS and DEA eligibility, BLS, and other certifications as required. A Master’s degree is preferred and will be verified.

• You will practice at the new Desert Color Parkway Clinic, which is slated to be completed in 2026.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
