Job summary

One to One Health is seeking a TextCare Provider to deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support via text, phone and video from our Chattanooga, TN location. You will evaluate acute concerns, prescribe medications electronically, coordinate referrals, and maintain continuity of care for patients.

The role requires completion of an accredited NP or PA program, active TN license (or willingness to apply), prescriptive authority, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of clinical

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active Tennessee NP or PA license.
• Prescriptive authority is required.
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care through text, phone, and video.
• Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns.
• Provide pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systems.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imaging.
• Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
