Job summary

One to One Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the TextCare platform on weekends. The part-time weekend role covers Saturdays and Sundays with 12-hour shifts, delivering virtual acute care and ongoing patient support from a remote setting.

Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve access and outcomes within a text-centered care model. Requires NP/PA training, Tennessee licensure, prescriptive authority, and BLS.

Qualifications

• 12-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active Tennessee NP or PA license or willingness to apply before start date.
• Prescriptive authority.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care through text, phone, and video.
• Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns.
• Provide pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systems.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imaging.
• Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
