Job summary

One to One Health is hiring a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant to join our on-site clinic. You will evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols under a supervising physician, while delivering patient-focused care.

The role requires 1 year of experience in family/internal medicine or urgent care, strong communication, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders and a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant with an active license.
• 1 year of experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care.
• Excellent communication and patient-focused care required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-employment and annual wellness physicals.
• Evaluate, treat, and manage acute and chronic health problems following protocols.
• Enter patient data into the EMR accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and report to the medical director as needed.
