Job summary

One to One Health is expanding its TextCare team to deliver virtual acute care and ongoing patient support through text, phone, and video from our Chattanooga, TN base. Providers build trusted patient relationships, coordinate follow-up care, and help improve access and outcomes within a text-centered care model.

Qualified candidates hold an accredited NP/PA program, Tennessee licensure (or willingness to apply), prescriptive authority, and BLS.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited NP or PA program.
• Active Tennessee NP or PA license (or willingness to apply).
• Prescriptive authority.
• BLS certification.
• 1+ years of relevant clinical experience.
• DEA license (preferred).
• Multi-state licensure (preferred).
• Typing speed 65+ WPM (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual care through text, phone, and video.
• Evaluate and treat acute patient concerns.
• Provide pharmacological treatment through electronic prescribing systems.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, labs, and imaging.
• Maintain continuity of care through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
