Job summary

Sentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Family Medicine at Chesapeake Square in Chesapeake, VA. This full-time position features a Monday–Friday days schedule (7am–5pm) with an option for a 4-day workweek and no on-call requirements.

Expect to see about 14–16 patients per day in a supportive team environment. Minimum qualifications include an active NP/PA license, a Master's degree, and at least 5 years of APP experience.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
