Endeavor Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for a Full Time, 40 hour/week position in Primary Care - Family Medicine at our Arlington Heights location. Hours are 7:00am–5:00pm, with rotating Saturdays and a rotating call schedule.
Under the direction of collaborating physicians, you will perform exams, order imaging and labs, interpret results, and develop treatment plans. You must hold IL APN/PA licensure, a master’s degree, a DEA, and BLS/CPR certification, with at least
