Endeavor Health is recruiting Advanced Practice Providers (APN/PA) for Primary Care in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Roles include full-time and part-time positions in family medicine clinics across Arlington Heights, Rolling Meadows, Schaumburg, and nearby suburbs.
Applicants must hold IL APN/PA licensure, DEA license, and a master’s degree with BLS/CPR certification. Minimum 1 year of APN/PA experience in primary care is required, with 2 years preferred; outpatient experience is a plus.
Hourly Pay Range: $56.44 - $70.58 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Endeavor Health is continually recruiting nurse practitioners and physician assistants for future full-time and part-time positions in our Primary Care clinics across the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. Minimum of 1 year APN/PA experience in Primary Care setting required. 2 years of APN/PA experience in Primary Care setting preferred.
