ProMedica Monroe Physicians seeks an Advanced Practice Provider—Pediatric Hospitalist to join the inpatient team in Toledo, Ohio. Schedule includes 6:00am–6:00pm or 6:00pm–6:00am with 50% night coverage, holidays and potential weekends.

Open to new graduates; team includes 10+ providers with patient volumes around 15/day. Responsibilities include inpatient pediatric care, order entry, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• MSN or DNP required for NP applicants.
• State licensure in the state(s) where NP will work.
• Certificate of Authority to practice.
• Current American Heart Association CPR certification and role-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient pediatric care for admitted patients.
• Deliver comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physician and nursing teams to coordinate care.

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider- Pediatric Hospitalist in Toledo, Ohio. Schedule Hours- 6:00am-6:00pm or 6:00pm-6:00am. 50% Night shift coverage required. Holidays Required, Potential Weekends Required, NO Call Required. Join a team of 10+ providers. Patient Volume: 15/day. Inpatient position providing services to pediatric patients requiring admission. Open to new graduates. Requires Pediatric Acute Care certification for Nurse Practitioner applicants.

Role Description

Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) who has completed advanced education and clinical training beyond their initial registered nurse (RN) preparation. They play a vital role across ProMedica by providing a wide range of healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, managing chronic conditions, long term disease management, and promoting health and wellness. NPs can work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, urgent care, long term care facilities, and private practices, and may specialize in areas like family medicine, pediatrics, or geriatrics.

Requirements

• Master of Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing (DNP) degree for Nurse Practitioner applicants.
