Unio Health Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to deliver patient care in our California clinical setting. You will evaluate patients, perform exams, and work under supervising physicians to manage treatment plans.

Requirements include an NP/PA-C license, master's degree in nursing or PA, BLS/CPR, 2–5 years of clinical AP experience, and EMR proficiency. We offer competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, generous time off, and a collaborative team environment.

• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting.
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determine the management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine.
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care.

Position Summary

The NP/PA provides care through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.
