Unio Health Partners in Temple City, CA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to deliver care through evaluation, management, and treatment of patients in a medical office setting. Under supervision of collaborating physicians, you will perform exams, interpret data, prescribe medications, and collaborate with the health team to provide optimal care.

Must hold a current NP or PA-C license, Master’s degree in nursing or PA program, BLS/CPR, and 2–5 years of AP roles with EMR

Position Summary

The NP/PA providescare through the evaluation, management, and treatment of patients. Works under the direction of the collaborating Physician and other supervising Physicians.

What you will be doing

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform an appropriate physical exam in a medical office setting
• Interpret and evaluate patient data as authorized by the physician to determinethe management and treatment of patients. Consult with a physician as appropriate.
• Prescribe, recommend, and regulate appropriate pharmacologic medicine
• Work closely with physicians and other members of the healthcare team in a collaborative effort to provide optimal patient care

What you will bring to the team

• Current NP or PA-C license, Master's Degree in Nursing/Physician Assistant program required.
• Current BLS and CPR certification required.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a clinical setting.
• Knowledge of EMR systems.
