Job summary

Unio Health Partners in Temple City, CA is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to deliver care through evaluation, management, and treatment of patients in a medical office setting. Under supervision of collaborating physicians, you will perform exams, interpret data, prescribe medications, and collaborate with the health team to provide optimal care.

Must hold a current NP or PA-C license, Master’s degree in nursing or PA program, BLS/CPR, and 2–5 years of AP roles with EMR

Qualifications

• Current NP or PA-C license.
• Master’s Degree in Nursing or PA program.
• BLS and CPR certification.
• 2–5 years of clinical AP experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, review medical history, and perform physical exams.
• Interpret and evaluate patient data and consult with physicians as needed.
• Prescribe and regulate appropriate medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care.
