Job summary

UH Cleveland Medical Center is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner) for the Adult Inpatient Cardiac Surgery floor. The APP will manage post-op cardiac surgery patients, including heart and lung transplant cases, on a 12-hour day shift with weekends and holidays.

New grads are welcome to apply and will join a team-based, collaborative care model. The NP must hold Acute Care certification and operate under Ohio Nursing Board and UH bylaws while providing high-quality,

Qualifications

• Active Ohio NP license with ACNP certification.
• Board-certified acute care NP or eligible in Ohio.

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the Adult Inpatient Cardiac Surgery floor service at UH Cleveland Medical Center. Join our dedicated Physicians and APPs as they provide a team-based collaborative approach to patient care. Responsible for the management of a wide variety of post op cardiac surgery patients, as well as heart and lung transplants. The schedule is 12 hr. day shift, weekends, and holidays. A Brief Overview

The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks to be performed by a Nurse Practitioner as specified by the Ohio State Nursing Board and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws
