Job summary

University Hospitals Pain Management is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the ICU team at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby, OH. The role offers 12-hour shifts with rotating days and nights, and eligible for the night shift premium program.

New grads may enter the New Grad Training Program and ACNP certification is required. The APP will perform patient assessments, develop plans of care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to professional development

Seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the ICU team at UH Lake West Medical Center. A Brief Overview

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing quality care for patients and increasing patient access and satisfaction. Standard tasks to be performed by an Advanced Practice Provider as specified by the Ohio State Board of Medicine or Nursing and UH entity specific Medical Bylaws.
