Job summary

BAS HealthCare in Salem, OR is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to join a patient-centered team. You will manage your own patient panel, work with underserved populations, and be supported by bilingual Medical Assistants. EPIC EMR is used to coordinate care.

New graduates are welcome; clinical rotations in community health are valued. Clinic hours are 7:30am–7:00pm (Mon-Thu) and 7:30am–5:00pm (Fri) with Saturday hours.

Qualifications

• NP: Master's or Doctoral Degree required
• PA: Master's or Bachelor's in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program
• New graduates welcome; clinical rotations and community health experience valued

Responsibilities

Job Details:

• Full-time position (0.9 FTE - 36 hours per week)

• Base compensation $118k-$129k per year with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures
