Job summary

Woodside Health and Wellness in Lakeside, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our Pain Management Office. This role supports adult patients with comprehensive pain care in a busy outpatient setting.

The position offers either full-time or part-time hours, with practice hours 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and weekends off. Arizona NP/PA licensure is required; new grads are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona NP or PA license required.
• Experience in Pain Management is preferred but not required.

We are looking to bring on a Full Time or Part Time NP or PA to join our Pain Management Office located in Lakeside, Arizona!

We are a well established Outpatient Pain Management Practice that specializes in treating Adult patients.

Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!

We offer flexibility with our schedule!

Practice Hours are: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Our Compensation is: $50 - $65 per hour + Full Benefit Package.

Requirements

• Active (or eligible) Arizona NP or PA license.
• Experience in Pain Management is preferred but not required.
