Arizona pain doctors in North Phoenix, AZ, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our pain management team in a full-time outpatient setting. You will conduct patient evaluations, review imaging, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to deliver patient-centered care.

This role offers a Monday-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, competitive compensation based on experience, and malpractice coverage along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active licensed NP or PA in Arizona.
• Active DEA and CDS licenses.
• Experience in pain management, neurology, or spine care.
• Experience in outpatient settings.
• Excellent clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• EMR proficiency and basic Office skills.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Pain Management

North Phoenix, AZ | Full-Time

Join AZ Pain Doctors and make a lasting impact on patients living with chronic pain. Work alongside experienced physicians in a collaborative outpatient practice where you'll expand your clinical expertise, and enjoy a rewarding 5 days 8 hrs or 4 days 10 hrs schedule with no nights or weekends.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Review imaging and diagnostic studies
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with practice guidelines
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and expected outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
• Respond to patient questions and care-related messages
• Collaborate closely with physicians regarding interventional pain management procedures
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on improving quality of life

What We're Looking For

• Active Arizona Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
• Active DEA and CDS licenses
• Previous Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience preferred
• Pain management, neurology, spine, or outpatient clinic experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• EMR proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care

Schedule & Benefits

• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-5:00 PM; subject to change) OR 4 days 10 hr shifts
