Symphony Care Alliance in Lake City, FL is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our clinical team. The APP will work closely with physicians to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in a busy clinical setting.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, developing treatment plans, ordering tests, managing medications, and educating patients. Florida APRN/PA license and current national certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Active, unrestricted Florida APRN or Physician Assistant license.
• Current national certification appropriate to the position.
• Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a patient-focused environment.
• Previous experience in pain management, spine care, or a related specialty preferred.
