Job summary

Nirvana Healthcare in Lakeside, AZ is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a private outpatient pain management practice. You will provide compassionate patient care in a specialty clinic and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Choose full-time or part-time with a consistent 8am–5pm schedule, Monday through Friday. We offer competitive pay of $50–$65 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package and are happy to train new graduates with the right

• Active Arizona NP or PA license with board certification.
• Pain management experience preferred, but graduates are welcome with training.
